Through our Structured Development Finance (SDF) programme, our North American property business is supporting the construction of 126 new homes in Falls Church, Virginia. 

We committed US$27.8m to Hoffman & Associates towards developing West Falls Condo, a LEED Gold-designed development that when delivered in 2024, the master plan will provide the community with much needed housing, over 18,000 sq ft of new public open space and 24,000 sq ft of new retail offerings.

Since 2000, our SDF business has acted as a capital provider, investing a total of CAD$817m in 78 residential development projects representing over 8,900 residential units and CAD$4.8bn in gross development value.
