I am responsible for cross sector investment activity on Grosvenor’s London Estate together with responsibility for the residential portfolio.

Douglas is responsible for cross sector investment activity (acquisitions and sales) on Grosvenor’s London Estate together with responsibility for the residential portfolio. Joining Grosvenor in 2005, Douglas’s experience has included asset and lease management, overseeing disposals activity and managing Grosvenor’s enfranchisement function.

Douglas is a member of the BPF Residential Board. He co-authored the RICS Guide to Leasehold Reform and is a visiting lecturer at Oxford Brookes University. Before joining Grosvenor, Douglas worked for Knight Frank as a commercial asset manager.

Douglas holds a Masters degree in Economics from Cambridge University and a degree in History. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Institute of Arbitrators.
