Our Graduate Programme is a steep learning curve. We expect you to be able to learn quickly, take ownership of projects and see them through to completion.

You need to be a natural communicator, who can adapt to different situations and take on board the opinions of your colleagues when working collaboratively. The ability to analyse a range of data and information and be able to make sound recommendations is a must.

People at Grosvenor represent a rich variety of backgrounds and experiences. When selecting new graduates, we aren’t just looking for people with strong academic credentials; we value many other qualities and strengths.

What happens at the end of the programme?

Once you’ve achieved your APC, we’d love you to join us in a permanent role in the business. Our graduates have gone on to work in a variety of different teams here in the UK.
