Grosvenor Asia Pacific Graduate Programme

Join us at Grosvenor Asia to launch your career in one of the largest privately-owned property company

Grosvenor Asia Pacific is a developer and investor in property and has been active in the Asia Pacific region for more than 25 years.  Since 1994, when we first established our presence in Hong Kong, we have expanded into other key Asian cities, opening offices in Tokyo in 2001 and Shanghai in 2004.  In 2019, we celebrated our 25th anniversary in the region.  During our time in Asia we have grown from one relatively small office into a full-scale operation with USD1.4 bn in assets under management (2020).

We aim to create, capture and deliver value for our own business and co-investment partners through development, investment and philanthropic activities. We want to make a lasting contribution to the environment, cities and communities in which we have a presence. We achieve this by taking advantage of our industry skills and long-term perspective that we have developed over many generations.
