The GBI Graduate Programme comprises two 12-month placements within the business. Placements could include working within a location team supporting on asset management or working with our development teams on projects either within or outside London (such as Oxford or Cambridge).
As part of the Graduate Programme, we support you with:
- APC technical training: you will receive both in-house and external training to ensure you are fully prepared for your APC.
- Core skills: we have a broad and varied Learning and Development Programme with courses focussed on both personal and management development.
- Dedicated supervisor and counsellor: All graduates are matched with a dedicated supervisor to support and guide you.

Our Graduate Programme is a steep learning curve. We expect you to be able to learn quickly, take ownership of projects and see them through to completion. You need to be a natural communicator, who can adapt to different situations and take on board the opinions of your colleagues when working collaboratively. The ability to analyse a range of data and information and be able to make sound recommendations is a must.
