Property Asia Graduate Programme

We are a property developer and investor in Greater China and Japan – promoting sustainability within the built environment and enhancing the wellbeing of our customers and communities.  

Active in the Asia region for over 25 years, our activities focus on Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta, and Tokyo.

Responsible for over HK£10.0bn of property assets, our investment and development activities are focused on the residential, office and retail sectors, with new initiatives being developed in prop-tech and digital innovation.  

Who can apply for the graduate programme?

Final year graduate or undergraduate student from all backgrounds graduating in 2021 with degree from any discipline.  Graduates in 2020 will also be considered.

What are we looking for in applicants?

To qualify, you need to have a good academic track record with degree or an expected degree minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent. 

We are looking for graduate who share our values of integrity, respect and trust and who have the skills and ambition to grow with us.  If you are passionate for a long-term career in the property industry, we want to hear from you.

Our analyst program offers steep learning curve.  We expect you to be self-motivated, independent, with strong drive for excellence. 

You should demonstrate proven analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills. Solid numerical and financial ability with working knowledge of quantitative and statistical tools is a must.   

We value teamwork. You need to be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.  Japanese will be a plus.

What shall I expect from the programme?

Our 3-year programme is designed to provide graduate with the breadth of knowledge and exposure in different aspects of the property industry.

As a graduate analyst, you will:

  • Start with a 24 months’ assignment in our Greater China team which will offer you lots of hands-on experience on real estate investment and asset management
  • Be posted for a 6-12 months’ international assignment to broaden your exposure within the real estate sector
  • Be provided with training and support to undertake a relevant professional qualification (RICS/CFA) during the three-year programme
  • Upon successful graduation from the programme, you will have the opportunity to progress to Senior Analyst of our Greater China team and continue to develop your career with Grosvenor.
