Our response to COVID-19

This page is designed to explain Grosvenor’s current approach in North America to the COVID-19 pandemic.


We are taking an informed approach to the quickly evolving COVID-19 situation by closely monitoring government advice in Canada and the United States and are proactively managing our response in line with this advice.

At this point, our attention is focused on the health and safety of our staff and helping reduce the rate at which the virus spreads.  Doing our part to slow down the virus will help protect those at risk in the communities where we operate.

As such, all of our North American employees are working remotely until further notice.  Over the past two years, and more intensely in the past several weeks, we have been preparing our staff for increased work mobility which is now in full effect for all of our people.  

Our teams are fully engaged and are in regular contact with our dedicated property managers who are doing their part to keep our properties clean. They should be contacted, as normal, with property specific enquiries.

Similarly, the general contractors who manage our construction sites have, as always, health and safety at the forefront of everything they do.

All decisions we take moving forward will be informed by government guidance and our mission to do our part to help ‘flatten the curve’.
