Our response to Covid-19

How are we supporting places that are owned or managed by Grosvenor during the Covid-19 pandemic?


We are continually monitoring official advice regarding Covid-19 in our European locations and are actively managing our response in line with this advice.

Our priorities are to:

  1. Help reduce the rate at which the virus spreads, and
  2. Support local communities and their long-term future.

We work in some of the most vibrant European communities, and we develop and manage places which bring together residents, workers and visitors. It is our priority that these places remain successful and dynamic in the long term, and so in this unprecedented situation, we are doing all we can to support our stakeholders.

We have already contacted occupiers of our commercial properties, offering support where we can. Each property has a dedicated asset manager who should be contacted as normal with any enquiries. Our teams are available to help with any questions they may have.

We continue to assess the safety of progressing development work, and operating our commercial properties, on a case by case basis. All decisions taken will follow local government guidance, with our priority being the health and safety of our people and communities. 

As a precaution, we have decided to limit the opening hours of some of our shopping centres, we have postponed or cancelled some events and we have limited access to certain parts of our office portfolio to ensure the health and wellbeing of tenants and visitors. Those involved in any changes have been contacted directly and the relevant property websites have been updated to reflect these changes.

We will continue to keep the situation under review, but may have to make closures at short notice if new advice or feedback is received. We ask for your understanding if this happens.
