Our response to Covid-19

How are we supporting places that are owned or managed by Grosvenor during the Covid-19 pandemic?


We are continually monitoring official advice regarding Covid-19 in our European locations and are actively managing our response in line with this advice.

Our priorities are to:

  1. Help reduce the rate at which the virus spreads, and
  2. Support local communities and their long-term future.

We work in some of the most vibrant European communities, and we develop and manage places which bring together residents, workers and visitors. It is our priority that these places remain successful and dynamic in the long term, and so in this unprecedented situation, we are doing all we can to support our stakeholders.

We have been in regular contact with the occupiers of our commercial properties and the contractors on our development sites offering support where we can, and we have supported local charities and organisations in order to protect the most vulnerable members of our community at this time. We are pleased to advise that our retail premises have now reopened with social distancing and enhanced cleaning measures in place. Opening hours and other information is available on dedicated asset websites.

We have also restarted construction works across our development portfolio and are working closely with our partners to ensure safe workspaces for our teams.

The health and safety or our people and communities remains our upmost priority and we continue to keep the situation under review as we follow local government guidelines.
