Simon Harding-Roots Home People profiles Simon Harding-Roots Executive Director, Major Projects Simon is responsible for delivering value for the shareholders of Grosvenor Britain and Ireland through the profitability of large projects (over £200m in value) in London. He is responsible for leading Grosvenor’s programme of major development projects in London including the regeneration of the Biscuit Factory in Bermondsey which will provide 1,548 homes built to rent at the heart of a new community. Joining Grosvenor in March 2015, Simon has extensive experience in the real estate sector leading portfolios of complex projects, and working across development, investment, private equity, and corporate real estate in UK, Asia and Middle East. Prior to joining Grosvenor Simon was Chief Operations Officer at Imperial College London. Simon is a Trustee of The Black Stork Charity set up to raise funds to facilitate the design, construction and management of the DNRC (Defence and National Rehabilitation Centre). Simon is also an Independent Member of the Governing Council of City, University of London.
