La Esquina de General Arrando

A balcony overlooking the heart of Chamberí in central Madrid

On the corner of General Arrando and Santa Engracia in the heart of the Almagro neighbourhood, we are creating 18 high specification apartments while preserving the original façade of a heritage listed building.

Through our collaboraton with BSV architects, experts in architectural refurbishments, we will bring a five storey, 1,757 square metre vacant building to life with high quality residential accommodation in the popular Chamberí district.  The development will also include a ground-floor retail unit.

The location, within the Golden Triangle of Almagro, stretching between the streets of Génova, Almagro and the Paseo de la Castellana is one of Madrid's most sought-after residential areas. A quiet area where majestic doorways, neo-Gothic and modernist buildings sit side by side. Home to embassies and art galleries, prestigious law firms and five-star hotels. Residents wil have immediate access to the cultural highlights of the area, a combination of the lively ambience of the nearby Plaza de Olavide, with the prestigious prime addresses of Españoleto, Caracas and General Arrando.

With fantastic transport links the area is very well connected, only 400m from the Iglesia metro station and 450m from the metro of Alonso Martinez.

Street renovations along the Calle de Santa Engracia will reduce the traffic significantly and directly improve the urban environment surrounding the building.
