Located in the centre of the Lower Mainland, Annacis Business Park is a preferred hub for local manufacturing and distribution. The Alex Fraser Bridge provides convenient access from Annacis Island to Surrey, Delta and the US border. Richmond, Burnaby and Vancouver are nearby via Highway 91. The South Fraser Perimeter Road connects Annacis Island to the Delta Port and Highway 1 (Trans-Canada).
