Grosvenor's newest facility on the island is Millennium VI, a 160,000 square foot Tier-1 distribution centre located at 1005 Derwent Way.  

The Alex Fraser Bridge provides convenient access from Annacis Island to Surrey, Delta and the US border. Richmond, Burnaby and Vancouver are nearby via Highway 91. The South Fraser Perimeter Road connects Annacis Island to the Delta Port and Highway 1 (Trans-Canada).
