Mayfair West

A 14-acre, mixed-use, transit-oriented site in Vancouver's Oakridge neighbourhood featuring 34K sq. ft. of retail space.

Located on one of the largest undeveloped sites in Vancouver, Mayfair West will transform the 14-acre site along 41st and Oak into a new 1.5 million sq. ft mixed-use community with access to rapid transit.

Mayfair West will deliver 1,630 homes – including strata, market rental, affordable rental and social housing – alongside 34,000 sq. ft of retail and a new childcare facility. More than 40 percent of the site will be set aside as publicly accessible spaces, including a 2-acre public park and commercial mews.

The first phase is envisioned as the social hub of the development, delivering a range of home types, a prominent pedestrian thoroughfare with boutique retail and an entry plaza that opens the site up to the street.

Mayfair West is walking distance to the Oakridge Centre redevelopment, numerous schools, parks, hospitals, and across the street from the upcoming Jewish Community Centre redevelopment.

The project is multi-phase with a roughly ten-year timeline, and is part of a conscious effort by the City of Vancouver to focus redevelopment in the Oakridge neighbourhood.
