This 3,300 sqm mixed-use building is located in Pantin, in north east Paris and was acquired in late 2019.
The area has a strong industrial heritage but has benefitted from wider investment and regeneration, including the redevelopment of much of the old housing stock. In addition, its location just 11 minutes from Gare du Nord by Metro and the anticipation of a new train line scheduled to open in 2030, has made Pantin an attractive destination for businesses to establish their headquarters. BNP Paribas Securities, Chanel and Hermes all have a large presence in the area.
The 1970s building features four floors and a steel and brick facade which is being refurbished. The building is also undergoing energy performance improvements, to improve tenant comfort and to ensure its lasting sustainability.
