Anatole France is the first redevelopment project of our Paris office joint venture.

Located in Levallois-Perret (Hauts-de-Seine) in the North West of Paris the building is ideally positioned close to the Anatole France Metro station, less than 15 minutes from Gare Saint Lazare  in central Paris. 

The original building, which dates back to the 1970s, offers approximately 1,800 sqm over eight levels, as well as basement car parking.  

We are implementing a rehabilitation programme  to create premium office space, with the aim of reaching high design and environmental standards including charging points for electric vehicles, upgrades to communcal spaces including terraces and a rooftop garden, as well as aiming for BREEAM certification.
