I am responsible for growing and managing our Structured Development Finance activities in Northern California and Colorado.
Jennifer joined Grosvenor in 2021 and is responsible for the growth and oversight of Structured Development Finance activity across Northern California and Colorado.
Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the acquisition, finance, and portfolio management of residential and mixed-use real estate transactions. Previously, she gained national experience working in the Capital Markets & Finance division for Carmel Partners, an established real estate investment management firm.
She serves several local non-profits including the San Francisco Housing Development Corporation (SFHDC), where she is a Board Director, Real Estate Committee Member, and past Co-Chair of its Fund Development Committee. She is an Executive Board Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) San Francisco District Council, serving Sponsorship and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion committees, with past positions as Vice Chair of SF Programs and with UrbanPlan.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Whittier College in Southern California.
The San Francisco Business Times' recognized Jennifer as one of the most influential women in bay area business in 2021.
