Group People & Reward Director
I have a varied role developing a cohesive Talent, Reward and Mobility strategy enabled by effective HR tools and systems for Grosvenor and leading on People strategies for the Group Team.
Jo Squire joined Grosvenor in October 2018 and is People Director for the Group Team. She also directs groupwide strategy for Executive Reward and HR Systems. She has responsibility for Talent and Executive Succession for the Group working alongside the global HR leadership teams.
Jo was previously Reward Director in FTSE 50 and 250 companies in the Retail, Property and High-Tech sectors.
Prior to joining Grosvenor, Jo also worked for several years as an independent Reward and HR Policy consultant supporting global leadership teams in the ‘people’ element of business change.
Jo holds an MA in Business Administration from Ecole Supérieur de Commerce, Reims.
