Woody O'Neill

I am responsible for providing strategic direction, best practice and risk management guidance for Grosvenor's Vancouver development projects.

Woody manages all aspects of Grosvenor’s active and future construction projects in Canada. He joined the company in 2022 with two decades of in-house construction experience.  

Prior to joining Grosvenor, Woody worked with Anthem Properties Group and Bosa Properties overseeing a wide range of residential, commercial, and mixed-used developments.  

Woody holds an Architectural and Building Engineering Technology Diploma, which he received with Honours from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).
