By 2040, we will reduce emissions from our buildings, developments and supply chain by 90%. Our full portfolio and 147 acres of public realm in Mayfair and Belgravia will also be climate positive before 2050.

We’re committed to net zero carbon. Our pathway, independently validated by the Science Based Targets initiative, sets out how we will achieve this goal.

Emissions reduction is our priority. By committing to a 52%+ reduction in emissions by 2030 and 90% by 2040, we’ve given ourselves some of the most stretching targets in the industry. 

To succeed we’re transforming every element of our business from how we work with suppliers, to the management and retrofit of historic properties in Mayfair and Belgravia, to our approach to construction.

Our approach to offsetting is equally ambitious. On the way to net zero we will become carbon neutral by 2025, offsetting emissions we are yet to cut from our business and value chain.

We’ll report on progress to net zero every year, acknowledging that our emissions may rise before they fall.

And our ambition doesn’t end at 2040. We’ve already committed to being a climate positive business by 2050 and will continue to innovate and stretch ourselves as technology and industry knowledge advances.
