Andy Yates

The key to our success is identifying specialist and aligned partners who can unlock great opportunities in sectors and/or locations which help diversify Grosvenor’s activities. I am passionate about identifying these partners and strategies to deliver both commercial and social benefit to our business.

Andy joined Grosvenor in 2014 from Deloitte’s Real Estate Corporate Finance team in London, originally as Transactions Director. Andy was appointed to Investment Director in 2016 and now leads on originating and executing new investments in the team. He also sits on the board of several of our existing ventures.

Andy has experience across a wide variety of property sectors, geographies and deal structures. Andy was educated at Leeds University (LLB Law 1997-2000). He is a chartered accountant (ICAEW - 2003).
