Chris Jukes

My team and I provide the financial support to enable the business to deliver commercial and social value through the realisation of property development projects.

Chris joined Grosvenor in November 2005 and was appointed to his current role as Director for Liverpool ONE in 2022. Chris is ultimately responsible for all performance aspects of the Grosvenor Liverpool Fund, the vehicle that owns Liverpool ONE. Chris has direct day-to-day management of the asset management and leasing teams, with indirect management of the property management and on-site teams. Prior to that, Chris spent two years as Finance Director for Grosvenor Property UK Development and Investment business, a year as Grosvenor Property UK Corporate Finance Director, and six years in the Grosvenor Holding Company as Director of Group Reporting. Chris has also held various finance positions in Grosvenor Property Europe. Chris is a member-nominated Trustee of the Grosvenor Pension Plan and is approved under the FCA’s Senior Manager regime.

Prior to joining Grosvenor, Chris worked for four years in Deloitte’s statutory audit practice whilst training to become a Chartered Accountant.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with Management from Bath University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
