Cindy MacMillan

Together with our Vancouver development team, I am working to deliver on the build-to-core strategy for our development projects in Metro Vancouver.

Cindy is the asset management team lead for Grosvenor’s transit-oriented development sites delivering 5 million sq. ft. of urban master planned communities across Metro Vancouver. Together with the development team, she shapes the build-to-core strategy for multifamily rental, retail and office that will add $2 billion in value to Grosvenor’s investment holdings in North America.

Cindy garners two decades of commercial real estate experience and a strong background in finance, leasing and asset management. Previously, Cindy worked at Anthem Properties where she was responsible for business plans and strategy of a 3 million sq. ft. portfolio of retail, office and mixed-use income producing assets.

Cindy currently sits on boards for CREW Network (Commercial Real Estate Women), a global professional network dedicated to advancing women in commercial real estate and is their President-Elect for 2024, and APMI, a property management firm offering client-focused solutions for not-for-profit societies and developers in Greater Vancouver. Cindy is Past President of CREW Vancouver, served on the board of directors for Hastings Crossing BIA and is the recipient of CREW Vancouver's 2023 Woman of Influence Award.
