Debbie Lee

Alongside finance including its legal and innovation teams, I help to build a resilient and agile business by driving our focus on data, technology and innovation.

Debbie has overall responsibility for all financial aspects of the business including its strategy and legal teams.  She joined Grosvenor in 2016 and was appointed to Grosvenor Property UK’s Board in 2022. Prior to her appointment, Debbie was the Director of Group Reporting  responsible for delivering effective reporting to the Group Board and to external investors and stakeholders, and for promoting best practice systems and processes throughout Grosvenor’s whole business. 

Prior to joining Grosvenor, Debbie worked for thirteen years at Deloitte where she was a Director in the Real Estate Corporate Finance team and for four years in PwC’s external audit practice whilst training to become a Chartered Accountant.

Debbie holds an honours degree in Land Economy from Cambridge University. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales. Since 2022 she has been a Trustee for Anthony Nolan and since September 2023, Chair of Anthony Nolan’s Audit and Finance Committee.
