I am responsible for advising on legal transactions, compliance matters and risk management, and leading board and other corporate-level activities.

Emily joined Grosvenor in 2022 and is responsible for advising on legal transactions, compliance matters and risk management, and leading board and other corporate-level activities for the Americas. 

Prior to joining Grosvenor, Emily worked for Hogan Lovells where she represented public and private companies, particularly in the real estate industry, in a wide range of corporate and securities matters. She began her legal career as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Richard D. Bennett of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. 

Emily holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and obtained an A.B. in History from Princeton University.
