Chief Executive, Grosvenor Hart Homes
Helen Keenan is the Chief Executive of Grosvenor Hart Homes whose mission is to improve outcomes for vulnerable children and young people and their families by providing high-quality affordable homes alongside tailored wrap around support services whose success in helping individuals progress is built around the stability that comes from having the certainty of a safe and secure home.
Joining Grosvenor in June 2021, Helen previously served as the CEO of TIDE, a specialist innovation consultancy advising public sector and 3rd sector organisations on business strategy, new models of delivery and radical innovation projects in housing, regeneration and children’s services.
Previously she conceived, set up and scaled the Cornerstone Partnership - a successful social enterprise which uses technology to deliver transformative impact in children’s mental health and social care. Cornerstone is now the global leader in the use of immersive technology to address social care and social policy challenges and was acquired by a multi-national children services business in 2020.
Helen has strong public sector experience in the fields of finance, governance, and performance of public bodies as well as policy and legislation. She led on economic strategy and delivered major regeneration projects for London, operating at Director level for the London Development Agency. Helen designed and delivered Mayor Ken Livingstone’s internationally recognised Climate Change programme for London, and at the Greater London Authority (GLA) she led the policy and delivery of Mayor Boris Johnson‘s Health and Communities Agenda for London.
