James Delmotte

James is responsible for establishing and managing third-party joint venture relationships and leading our Structured Development Finance business.

He joined Grosvenor in 1995 and has worked in Grosvenor’s London and Washington, D.C. offices before moving to Vancouver in 2003. He has extensive experience in investment management, acquisitions/dispositions, development, lending and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Grosvenor James worked as a Chartered Surveyor in brokerage and development management roles. James is involved in AFIRE, the Urban Land Institute, and served as a Director for the Vancouver NAIOP Chapter.

James was educated at the University of British Columbia (BA, International Relations) and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Property Development and Estate Management at the University of East London.
