James Patillo

As Executive Vice-President and Chief Development Officer, I lead Grosvenor's development activities in the US and Canada.

Joining Grosvenor in 2006, James has worked in the Calgary and Vancouver offices. He now leads Grosvenor Property Americas' development activities in the US and Canada. James was appointed to the Grosvenor Property Americas Board in 2018.

James was educated at Simon Fraser University in British Columbia (BBA) and is a member of the Urban Development Institute (UDI), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
