Jordan oversees all marketing activities including brand positioning for our properties in North America. Jordan works on a variety of diverse residential development projects from Class A mixed-use rental properties in Washington D.C., to boutique high-end residential buildings in the heart of San Francisco. She also oversees marketing initiatives for our investment portfolio of residential, office, retail, mixed-use, and industrial properties. 

Jordan joined Grosvenor in August 2006 and over the past 14 years, she has managed and overseen the marketing of numerous noteworthy projects including Grosvenor Ambleside, Grosvenor’s high-end mixed-use waterfront community in West Vancouver and Crescent in San Francisco, the first new residential development on Nob Hill in more than 50 years.
