Kate Brown

Kate Brown is a Non-Executive Director of Grosvenor Hart Homes. She is also the Director of the Westminster Foundation, focused on supporting children and young people aged 0-25 from disadvantaged backgrounds with opportunities early in life to help prevent long-term systemic problems related to intergenerational poverty. 

Previously as Group Sustainability Director she led the environmental and social sustainability strategy for Grosvenor Estate internationally. She chaired both the UK and European Urban Land Institute Sustainability Councils. 

Kate is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors having worked on projects in the UK and Australia where she lived for 10 years.  She has a PGCert in Philanthropy, Grant-making and Social Investment from City University, an MA in History of Art from St Andrews University and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
