Katie Hughes

I support our portfolio companies through promoting their sustainability credentials in the market and fostering collaboration with other like-minded investors, aiming to optimise companies’ positive environmental and social impact through scaling operations and reaching new stakeholders.

Katie joined Grosvenor Food & AgTech in 2025 as Head of Business Development. With more than twenty years’ experience in alternative investment, Katie joined Grosvenor from Cibus Capital where she was Head of Investor Relations & Business Development, specialising in sustainable agriculture and agri-food technology. 

Her previous roles have included Horizon Asset and Barclays Capital, where she founded and led the organisation’s European Asset Management Solutions Group

Katie graduated from Wellesley College, Massachusetts, with a BA in Psychology and French and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
