Kishore Moorjani

Kishore Moorjani is a Non-Executive Director of Grosvenor Diversified Property Investments. He is the Founder and CEO of LXA, a mortgage asset management technology business that he established following his retirement as Senior Managing Director at Blackstone in 2021. 

During his tenure at Blackstone, he launched and led the Asia operations for the Tactical Opportunities Group, leading investments across various sectors in all major markets in Asia Pacific. Prior to this, Kishore founded and served as the Chief Investment Officer of Credit Asia Capital, an investment firm that he established in collaboration with Blackstone. 

He has lived in Asia since 1995 where he has been part of the team that established Colony Capital in Asia Pacific and a founding executive for CBRE's India business. Kishore graduated with a BBA (Honors) and MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto. He serves as a Member of the Dean's Global Advisory Council at the Schulich School of Business in Toronto, Canada.
