Mark Peachey

As Group Treasurer, I am responsible for all aspects of the central treasury function including cash and financial risk management, ensuring adequate liquidity and executing financing transactions for the Grosvenor.

Mark joined Grosvenor as Deputy Treasurer in September 2016, continuing a career in the real estate sector. 

Mark has worked with teams across Grosvenor’s global real estate portfolio focusing on debt finance, financial risk management and sponsorship of Grosvenor’s Sustainability Finance Framework.

Before joining Grosvenor, Mark spent nearly nine years at The British Land Company PLC as Head of Treasury Operations, having joined the Financial Reporting team. Prior to that, Mark trained as an external auditor at Grant Thornton UK LLP. 

Mark was educated at Cambridge University (MPhil in Quaternary Science) and Durham University (BSc in Geography), is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
