I support the business’s success by growing our investor base, managing relationships with partners and developing strategies for new joint ventures.
Nathalie has responsibility for all of Grosvenor Property UK’s co-investment activity in the UK. Prior to this she was Investment Director in our Investment Team with a focus on our expanding regional portfolio through direct investment and partnerships.
Nathalie joined Grosvenor in 2013 and has held asset management, investment and portfolio management roles. Her experience has included the leadership of the southern Belgravia portfolio, including the creation of Eccleston Yards and the launch of Grosvenor’s flex office strategy, along with capital transactions across the UK portfolio.
Prior to Grosvenor, Nathalie worked at PwC in their strategy consultancy team. Nathalie holds a degree in Engineering Science (MEng) from the University of Oxford and a Masters in Real Estate Investment and Finance (MSc) from Henley Business School. She is a member of RICS and INREV committee member.
