Neil oversees construction activity for Grosvenor across all U.S. markets, guiding project management teams to enable timely completion of construction projects within budget and quality requirements. 

With over 25 years of experience in the U.S. construction industry, Neil is very familiar with large scale multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial construction. He has led teams and delivered projects with established groups such as Brookfield, Forest City and JBG. 

Neil earned a Bachelor of Science, Construction Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology and a Master of Science, Building Science and Management from Virginia Tech.
