Randal Eymann

I am responsible for managing the treasury operations of Grosvenor Property Americas, including cash management, debt and capital management, debt placement and banking relationships.

Randal is responsible for managing the treasury operations of Grosvenor Property Americas, including cash management, debt and capital management, debt placement and banking relationships. He also provides strategic advice on treasury matters to the executive committee.

Randal joined Grosvenor in 2014 with experience in accounting and financial reporting. Prior to joining Grosvenor, he led a financial reporting team of US-based real estate funds and joint ventures. Additionally, Randal worked in Ernst & Young’s real estate assurance group in its Dallas, Chicago and San Francisco offices.

Randal was educated at Baylor University (BBA in Accounting, minor in History) and he is a California Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
