Ryan Stewart

I am responsible for delivering Grosvenor's mixed-use multifamily development projects in the Washington, D.C. region, including Maryland and Virignia.

Ryan joined Grosvenor in early 2019 and is responsible for securing and delivering Grosvenor’s multifamily development projects in the region. She oversees the development team in the Washington, DC office.

She has over 15 years of industry experience and previously worked for The Bozzuto Group, where she played a pivotal role in the development of residential and mixed-use projects in the region representing over $500m in value. 

Ryan is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, contributing to Washington D.C.'s UrbanPlan initiative and serving on the steering committee for the Women's Leadership Institute (WLI). Additionally, Ryan co-chairs WLI Circles, a peer-to-peer networking program and recently served as a host committee member for Habitat for Humanity of Washington’s Women Build Campaign. She holds a BA degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from American University Kogod School of Business.
