Sarah Dean

Sarah is Finance Director for Grosvenor Hart Homes delivering commercial advice and challenge in the strategic decision-making process and leading the finance activities of the business, including financial planning, reporting, tax and treasury. Sarah joined the Grosvenor Hart Homes team from the wider Grosvenor organisation, where she has held several senior finance roles, including Finance Director at Realty Insurances, Interim FD at Grosvenor Food & AgTech and Head of Tax and Investment Reporting for the Grosvenor Family Office and Rural Estates.

A full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and Chartered Institute of Tax, Sarah is an alumnus of the Institute of Management Development (IMD), PwC and the University of Manchester.

Involved in volunteering, in various capacities, over twenty years, Sarah is presently a trustee and Chair of Finance & Resources Committee at National Museums Liverpool.
