I ensure that Grosvenor Food & AgTech’s People Strategy is designed and implemented to achieve the company’s goals.
Simon joined Grosvenor Food & AgTech (formerly known as Wheatsheaf Group) in October 2019. He has extensive HR experience in multiple industry sectors.
Before joining Grosvenor Food & AgTech, Simon was Global Head of People Practices at AstraZeneca where he was responsible for the leadership and oversight of 250 people across all HR Centres of Excellence.
In June 2014, Simon founded a consulting company to help various business in developing their people strategy and implementing new employment relations approach and framework.
Simon holds a politic degree from Warwick University.
