Tamra Browne

I act as general counsel to the business, overseeing legal and risk management services.

Tamra acts as general counsel to Grosvenor's North American property business, where she oversees legal and risk management services.

Tamra joined Grosvenor in 2018 and was appointed to the firm’s Executive Committee in 2021.  

Previously, Tamra served as general counsel for publicly-traded real estate investment trusts, where she was responsible for providing and managing legal services for the companies. She began her legal career as a corporate finance and securities lawyer in private practice. Tamra has more than 25 years of experience practicing law and 20 years’ of experience in the real estate industry.

She holds a J.D. degree from Stanford Law School and a B.A. degree in Geology from Middlebury College. She is a member of the California and New York State Bars.
