Tim Budden

I am responsible for finance and operations of Grosvenor’s Diversified Property Investments business.

Tim is responsible for finance and operations of Grosvenor’s Diversified Property Investments business.

Tim joined Grosvenor in 2000 from Deloitte, where he specialised in the real estate and construction sectors. Prior to his current role, Tim was Director of Group Reporting, leading the team that was responsible for coordinating Grosvenor’s financial and management reporting and analysis.

Tim is a Non-Executive Director for international property company Sonae Sierra SGPS in which Grosvenor Group holds a significant shareholding.

Tim was educated at the London School of Economics (BSc Econ) and has completed a number of IMD Senior Executive Programmes. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
