Grosvenor Americas welcomes Isaac Metzger to D.C. Investment team
Grosvenor Americas (Grosvenor), part of the Grosvenor Group, one of the world’s largest privately-owned property companies, today announced that Isaac Metzger has joined their Washington D.C. Investment team as Vice President. He will be responsible for acquisition and disposition activities in the firm’s markets across the District, Maryland, and Virginia.
“Isaac is an excellent asset for our team, bringing with him a deep understanding of the D.C. region. His primary focus will be to find creative and entrepreneurial investment opportunities throughout the local market.,” said Scott Brody, Grosvenor Americas’ Senior Vice President of Investment. “Isaac’s strength in the industry is evident by his prior value creation in real estate investments throughout the District. We are thrilled to welcome him to the team.”
Most recently, Isaac worked at JBG Smith on a 10-building, $2.2B office portfolio, creating and executing value-optimizing business plans and leading capital markets activity for each asset. Prior to JBG Smith, he was with Vornado Realty Trust in their acquisitions division.
Isaac holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and obtained his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
