She is currently interim Executive Director for Grosvenor’s London estate.

Before joining Grosvenor, Debbie worked for thirteen years at Deloitte where she was a Director in the Real Estate Corporate Finance team and for four years in PwC’s external audit practice.

James Raynor, CEO, Grosvenor Property UK, commented: “Responsible for all financial aspects of the business, Roger has been instrumental to the continued growth of GPUK, expertly steering us through times of market uncertainty and, most recently, a global pandemic. As our longest serving Board member he has worked alongside four Chairs and four CEOs, all of whom have benefited hugely from his experience and wise counsel.

“An internal promotion at this level highlights the strength of our people and the exceptional career opportunities at Grosvenor across all our businesses and we look forward to welcoming Debbie to her new role in January. I am also delighted to have such strong female talent represented in our executive team and at all levels in the business.”
