Following a successful seven year run as an online only business, sustainable ready to wear and swimwear brand EVARAE is set to open its first physical store in May at 48 Elizabeth Street in Belgravia.

The brand joins a host of other independent retailers on the street including NRBY, With Nothing Underneath, Jo Loves and Beulah. 

Through Grosvenor’s investments, Belgravia has undergone a significant transformation in recent years including the introduction of on street dining and greening, and the creation of Eccleston Yards, a popular hub for independent business wellness uses and creative talent around a tranquil courtyard.

A programme of activations also support the destination including the renowned Belgravia in Bloom festival which returns to coincide with the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in May for its eighth year. Entitled Into the Wild! visitors can expect a celebration of exquisitely crafted floral displays and experiences showcased throughout the beautiful central London neighbourhood, coinciding with the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. 

During the festival, Belgravia’s leading boutiques and landmark restaurants on Elizabeth Street, Motcomb Street, Pimlico Road and Eccleston Yards will be abloom with unique floral-themed exhibits, promotions, dishes, and experiences.

In line with Grosvenor’s sustainability commitments, EVARAE has signed a green lease which ensures, amongst other measures that the store will be powered by renewable energy and local traffic will be reduced and air quality improved through consolidated waste collections. EVARAE will also work with eco-friendly paints and materials for the fit out of their store.
