A range of leading restaurants and cafés are set to open across Mayfair and Belgravia this summer, the result of targeted place strategies that are shaping successful, experience-led destinations across Grosvenor’s London portfolio.

BVC Hospitality are set to bring two new concepts to Mayfair. In its first expansion following the success of its Soho site, Supernova is will open its hit burger concept on North Audley Street, taking 2,971 sq. ft. of space. BVC will also open 74 Duke, a Parisian brasserie offering all-day dining in a 3,250 sq. ft. space on Duke Street.

Existing occupier Popina is tripling its floorspace to 1,500 sq. ft., with a move to Weighhouse St. following strong performance at its current site. The move supports the brand’s evolution into a modern Mediterranean kitchen with private dining.

Forming part of Grosvenor’s ambition to curate a new dining destination in Mayfair, North Audley Street is now home to 12 carefully selected restaurants and food outlets, offering a mix of cuisines at various price points – driving footfall and broadening the district’s customer base.

In Belgravia, La Bistrot Collection, from the people behind Bagatelle Group will open a new bistro concept Café des Lilas on Motcomb Street. Workshop Coffee will also open a flagship café and barista training venue across two floors.

These latest additions to Belgravia’s diverse hospitality mix are set to enhance the areas reputation as one of London’s most compelling food and drink neighbourhoodsThey join Cornuswhich opened last year and recently became the first all-electric kitchen in the area to receive a Michelin star.

Joanna Lea, Retail Director, Grosvenor, commented: We’ve been actively broadening the dining offer across our London portfolio, so it’s fantastic to see ambitious operators choosing Mayfair and Belgravia to grow their brands. It reflects the strength of our neighbourhoods and the long-term partnerships we’ve built with occupiers who are expanding, evolving, and continuing to thrive in our spaces.

Aymeric Clemente, Co-Founder & President, La Bistrot Collection & Bagatelle Group, commented: “We’re thrilled to be bringing the neighbourhood bistrot back to peoples’ hearts: the home away from home we all deserve - and we’re delighted to be working with Grosvenor to do so in our new home on Motcomb Street.”

Isidora Popovic, Founder, Popina, commented:Grosvenor has been part of Popina’s journey from the start, so growing into a bigger space together feels incredibly special. This new space on Weighhouse Street gives us room to express everything we love about hospitality. It’s a continuation of our story – rooted in warmth, simple ingredients, and good taste. We’re excited to welcome more of the local community very soon.”

A spokesperson for BVC Hospitality, commented: We’re excited to expand our presence in the West End through the opening of Supernova and 74 Duke. Grosvenor has been an excellent long-term partner for us, creating exceptional neighbourhoods that have enabled our venues to thrive.”

Vacancy across Mayfair and Belgravia remained below 5% at the end of Q1, with nine new retail and hospitality leases or renewals signed in the first quarter alone.

Leasing strength across Mayfair and Belgravia comes as a result of Grosvenor’s active place and asset management. Alongside plans to invest c£1.3 billion in London in the next 10 years, recent innovations to support occupiers include our digital simplified lease that can take just 72 hours to complete. The business also provides funding to support occupier expansion and has committed £90 million to retrofit properties, making them more sustainable and cost-effective to run.
