251 Post Street

A six-storey office and retail building located in San Francisco's vibrant Union Square

Acquired in 1996, the 3,125 sq m building is located in Union Square - the premier retail shopping district in the San Francisco Bay Area, also considered as one of the most desirable retail locations in the United States.

Completed in 1908, 251 Post Street was one of the first buildings constructed after the massive 1906 San Francisco earthquake. The building houses both office and retail tenants. Ground floor retailers include authenticated luxury consignment brand The RealReal.

The building achieved LEED Gold certification in 2012 and was recertified in 2017.

San Francisco’s Financial District is one block west of the property, providing the upper five floor office tenants convenient access to the City’s Central Business District. Two blocks east of the building is the new Central Subway line that is due to open in late 2019, providing direct access to Chinatown, SOMA, Caltrain and BART.
