Broadmead Village is an open-air grocery-anchored shopping centre located in the heart of the Saanich peninsula on Vancouver Island, BC. The neighborhood shopping centre features an array of specialty shops and nationally branded stores and services. 

A significant sustainability-focused renovation resulted in an overwhelming transformation of Broadmead Village that exemplifies Grosvenor's long term business approach to shaping a sustainable urban landscape.
