Atop historic Nob Hill, Crescent is an upscale collection of 44 boutique condominium residences with private landscaped gardens and rooftop terraces.
Crescent is the first new residential development on Nob Hill in more than 50 years and the first West coast multifamily building in San Francisco by renowned NYC-based architect Robert. A. M. Stern.
Since acquiring the site in late 2014, we worked closely with local neighbourhood groups, holding a series of public workshops throughout the design phase to ensure local feedback was incorporated into the final design.
The result: a classically inspired building designed to fit into the context of this iconic neighbourhood.
With interiors by Champalimaud Design, the building offers exceptional features and amenities including the secret garden, a roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen and skyline views, a fitness centre and yoga studio, a residents' lounge with a private library and butlers’ pantry and 24-hour concierge. Crescent is composed of studios, one-, two- and three- bedroom homes and four rarefied penthouses.

Why did we name the building Crescent?
The building was named 'Crescent' because its façade curves inward from the corner, framing something that’s been there since 1888—a teeny tower that controls the cable car crossing. The cable car signal tower was refurbished during the development phase, and remains operational on-site as a reminder of the areas historic context.
