Drake, our first residential tower in Calgary, is located just off 17th Avenue in the heart of the city’s culinary and design district ─ the Beltline.

Drake's Public Art

Caldwell, a local Calgary artist, was inspired by the diversity and innovation of Drake’s residents. His ‘Four Part Curve’ work of art symbolizes the ever evolving culture of Calgary and its Beltline community in its dynamic but simple design. The stainless steel sculpture is painted Drake’s signature orange and was gifted as public art by Grosvenor in 2014.
