Jo Banfield

Human Resources Director

Jo is responsible for creating and delivering a people strategy that enables the delivery of the purpose, values and strategic plan of the business.

Prior to joining Grosvenor in 2017, Jo spent eight years at DST Systems, first as UK HR Director and finally as Vice President HR, DST International. Jo also led a software billing business within the international group.

Previous to this, Jo gained experience across a variety of sectors, beginning her career as a graduate at Marks & Spencer and then going on to work for Ford, Centrica, AOL UK and DST International.

Jo studied at Manchester Metropolitan University (BA Hons Retail Marketing 1990-94). Jo is a certified executive coach from the Association of Executive Coaches.
