Gateway Capital is an Australian based investment management business focused on creating core assets in the industrial, logistics and office sectors through active management and development.

Gateway Capital was founded in 2021 by Stuart Dawes and Peter McDonald, formerly of Propertylink, with whom we successfully completed three industrial and commercial property partnerships with between 2014 and 2019.

This latest partnership reflects the long-term successful relationship we have with Stuart and Peter, whose experience in identifying and capitalizing on high quality opportunities in the Australian market to deliver strong returns, puts the venture on a solid footing.

We have committed initial funds to establish the first investment vehicle, Gateway Capital Industrial Partnership and made an equity investment in Gateway Capital itself, alongside the founders.
