Our investment in Polish Logistics LLP gives us access to a compelling market and diversifies the Group's strategy by both geography and sector. 

We have completed two deals with our partners in the vehicle, REINO IO,  a joint venture between IO Asset Management and REINO Capital. 

The first asset acquired was Logistic City, comprising of 135,000 sq m of built and leased space and development land with the potential for a further 300,000 sq m of build-to-suit space. The built space comprises four units, let to seven tenants.

In May 2021, the vehicle acquired five prime logistics parks in from AEW Europe. The logistics parks, are in Lodz, Poznan, Sosnowiec, Bielsko-Biala and Rzeszow and total 208,992 sq m. At the time of acquisition they were let to 28 tenants including, Hutchinson, Omega Pilzno, DAMCO and Pekaes.
